Forum #1: On November 14, 2008, SDHCC held its first forum (three are planned for the year) on health reform titled, We Cannot Fix What We Do Not Face.  The report from this forum can be accessed by clicking here (11 14 08 Health reform Forum Final Report.pdf). 

Forum #2: On February 27, 2009, SDHCC held its 2nd forum, Health Reform: Exploring the Models. Documents from this forum include the powerpoint:
